There is a no return policy after the unit has been delivered.  If the unit has not been delivered, there is a 30% restocking fee.

Units that were ordered in error, where another unit needs to be used instead are welcomed.  If afer ordering your unit, a licensed professional reccomends a different unit, we welcome that exchange.
