1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
- Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
- Custom orders, clearance items, and special-order products are final sale and non-refundable.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at info@MyAffordableAC.com or 480-431-6061 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product).
3. Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees help cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item for refunds to be processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging so we can file a carrier or manufacturer claim.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are welcomed at no cost to accommodate customer needs.

7. Manufacturer Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer. We can assist you with claim information if needed.

- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
